  1. Why would you stay in NYC? They're prioritizing illegals over lawful residents, they're raising taxes to pay for it, they won't clamp down on crime, so nobody's safe, unless you're a billionaire, you're broke, and inflation has raised rents, food, and entertainment in the Big Apple. Maybe the Indians got the best part of the deal when they got $24 for Manhattan.
