@WaltherPPK007 Well, except that Hollywood and the government actually were infiltrated with people who admired Joseph Stalin and who thought communism was a great idea. It is said at the time of the invention of the Atomic Bomb that Stalin knew about developments faster than Roosevelt. So although actors and the press like to claim this was a witch hunt, it was an issue, which is why it persisted for so long.

@satchboogie5418 The original Captain James T Kirk really is what star trek is about. In just 3 seasons, it packs more interesting plots than the rest of the star trek universe combined. Until the latest round of awful series, the others were pleasant diversions, but kind of like copies of copies where everything ends of fuzzy and nothing like the original

You can tell you're spot on with the dislikes. Maybe Kurtzman downvoted you 2,000 times. And you know the studio knows they've created a mess; they're aggressively knocking down copies online in a way you don't typically see. They realize if you get to see a copy without paying for it, there's no way you'll subscribe.
