The irony of Brianne Sidonie Desaulniers saying "I don't have to prove anything", is that she hasn't proven anything and never did in that movie, either the character or the actress. If she was an employee in the real world, her end-of-year review would be "You seem to have a lot of hubris for someone who's never actually done anything"
