@ClovisGeneral Mostly because of worse gas mileage (partially weight, but mostly transmission) and acceleration from 0-60 is down a full second. And before you say "it's not a race car" again, just point out that when you need to merge with traffic on an interstate, a full second is important.

I owned two of the Honda Preludes, but the issue with it was Honda never developed the rear suspension for it. So any little bump going through a turn would upset the entire balance of the car. The VTEC 2.2 with 4WS was better, but way too expensive for the market. By contrast the Integra GS-R was better sorted (not perfect), and was far more entertaining to drive PLUS it was cheaper. If they bring it back, start with a well-sorted chassis first, and then everything else will fall into line.

@ClovisGeneral There are different iterations of this transmission. Initially, they had problems. Later versions were fine.
