Who knew Big Fani had jurisdiction over congress?
23
This isn't about the Trump case. It's about Big Fani spending federal funds inconsistent with what they were intended for. She'll find the penalty, if found guilty, is quite severe.
14
Big Fani would never show up at the gym.
11
@MajICReiki Congratulations, you're on the same level of thinking as Hitlary Clinton.
6
Well, it's a thing in Atlanta, apparently.
6
@michaelhernandez3041 Why Mikey, we had no idea you were a regular Perry Mason! At least that's what the news said 😅🤣😂
5
Big Fani should have re-considered going after a high-profile person like Trump who can hire better attorneys than her. In addition should have realized that by paying her boyfriend $700K to have sex with her, it would almost certainly be made known. And now that it's come out that she's colluded with the Justice Department and the Jan 6th committee, it shows this was a political prosecution. Add to that misspending federal funds.... she's in a world of trouble. She's a great example of the Dunning-Kruger effect where a mediocre person thought she was a hot-shot lawyer, and found out she's in the bottom quartile of ability when it comes to playing in the big leagues. But then, that's why they call her Big Fani.
4
@allanhwhite.kineticmobiles If you've seen her, you know it's not petty.
4
@nataliewalton5118 probably not. There's really no case there, it was intended to be a way to pull Trump away from campaigning.
4
@heemlo649 " It's been reported that he billed for 24 hours in a single day at least once" Proving he's being paid for more than legal services.
4
@michaelhernandez3041 Translation: Wahhh!
4
"A subpeona from Jim Jordan means absolutely nothing." Actually it means a lot. If she misused funds, she could go to jail.
3
A little speech from big Fani. How apropos!
3
@ColoradoMedic he had 600,000 reasons why he did that.
3
It just got worse for Big Fani. WIllis's law firm made donations to her election campaign and then she turned around and hired him as a special prosecutor. This may be even worse than misuse of federal funds, although the penalties for that are much higher. She may not look so good in orange.
3
@snowrose101 Your understanding of the law and of what is considered inappropriate matches that of Fanny, apparently.
3
@ooreofe1 Which world are you living in Reality. You should try it. It would blow your mind (in a good way). Besides, it really is pathetic to have to pay a guy $650K to sleep with you.
3
@WA_S_S_AW That's not how federal grants work. Federal funds must be used in a way consist with the law that provided the funds. And you need to track them and report the federal government and sign an attestation that it was spent in accordance with the law. So no, the money just doesn't go into a general fund to be spent however you want.
3
If you think his legal mind was the reason he was hired, then that's pretty funny.
2
@boronin10 I loved Stacy in that Star Trek episode where she played the planet earth. She was majestic.
2
You realize how pathetic it is when you need to pay people $650K to sleep with you?
2
@donaldpump8882 You're a regular Perry Mason
2
@ColoradoMedic It's hard to say whether Wade should be lauded for courage or considered disgusting for what he did to Big Fani.
2
@mja91352 She hasn't nailed anybody. She hasn't even figured out how to get the trial started.
2
@ColoradoMedic I suppose it depends your financial situation, but giving up your integrity for $600K says he values his reputation less than a mid-level house in the Atlanta area. I'd hope even if I was in dire straits, I'd consider my reputation priceless.
2
@MelaP-ei1om There were no crimes
2
@ooreofe1 Well, there's no election interference so it will be a fast trial.
2
@Bruss813 She got Federal funds, and she allegedly spent the money on personal items and travel (including a Macbook). The whistleblower hasn't been named yet by the OIG, but this is a serious matter for her, as she signed an affidavit indicating it was spent on the at-risk children.
2
@richk3c Don't worry, richard, if Fani broke the law, she'll be prosecuted.
2
@StephenLewisful "How do you fire a whistleblower? " Assuming this is a serious question, you'd say You're fired, pack up your desk and get out of here, your last check will be mailed to you . If you're asking the reason the whistleblower was fired, it's alleged it was because she brought to Ms. Fani's attention that she was spending money in a way that was not consistent with the language of the federal grant she accepted. She was later terminated by Ms. Willis.
2
@drzaius1121 His crime is "I don't like him"
2
@sandrarufus8198 Like what evidence?
2
....another guy who doesn't understand what the subpoena is for.
1
@rjserrano2 If you take funding from the federal government, yes, he can subpoena the person responsible. Your understanding of the law is amusing at best.
1
@rjserrano2 They have two things. She signed off on using the funds, and the whistleblower has a recording of her admitting she used it against the rules laid out in the law. You could look this stuff up online rather than ask me to spoon feed it to you. Look up "Big Fani whistleblower recordings"
1
If you've seen Fani, you'd know that ass if still on her.
1
@maryscott-ez2xe The problem isn't that she has cash on hand, the problem is that she illegally took the cash from campaign contributions, which is a federal crime. So under oath she just admitted she's a criminal. So I don't get your entire rant, unless you you're making some broad observation about the criminality of the Big Fani family.
1
@maryscott-ez2xe If she donated $50K to her campaign, it's no longer her money. She cannot take money out like it's her personal bank account. That's called "a crime".
1
@karenhill3356 stereotypes only exist because they're largely true.
1
@MichaelSimmons-c7n He doesn't need it, he's way ahead in the polls, and will likely be the next president.
1
@Wonkaforever Huh. Well, so far, he's beaten Fani like a rented mule. So what you're really saying is that even a parking lot lawyer outsmarted Big Fani. Proving my point. Thank you.
1
@muzzymuzzy12 Yes, I can: "Big Fani"
1
Nate was underpaid for the job. He has the courage of a lion.
1
You mean this is colluding with the DOJ for political persecution.
1
In the Washington Free Beacon online, they have the recording of the whistleblower that is getting Fani into a lot of trouble. Search for the article Fani Willis Axed Employee Who Blew Whistle on Misuse of Federal Funds
1
The only work she did was with her overpaid boyfriend in the supply closet at work.
1
It's odd that being incompetent voters actually voted for her.
1
@donaldpump8882 and you cry like a bench Donnie, how do benches cry?
1
@Bruss813 "The defense attorneys are dragging it out. " She made the case too complex because she doesn't know what she's doing. The case will never be tried because none of the attorneys have any experience doing a RICO trial. Plus, if it's shown that Wade went to the White House to confer with the Biden administration on the case, it's going to be even another black eye for the prosecution. This case is effectively over.
1
@rayRay-pw6gz Only Willis would know her interior motive. And he's a brave man for finding out.
