  1. A podunk judge is going to hold a hearing on a well established law for 200 years? It's weird Democrats are claiming the law isn't legitimate because it's "old". When in fact, the older a law, the more likely the use of it by the executive branch is well established. By the way, you don't need to commit a crime to be subject to get expelled from them US.
