  1. You'd have to rank Joe Biden worse, since he's a walking vegetable and has nothing to do with his own policy. But Obama arguably was one of the worst presidents for the country as a whole. He hates this country, he was clearly trying to bring this country down, and everything he touched he made worse from healthcare to the democrat party.
