What's happened now is the "bombs" outside of the DNC and RNC are now known to be FBI training bombs, Ray Epps was identified as an FBI stooge, now the word is out that there were a lot of Feds in the list of protestors, lawfare against Trump failling and the whole insurrection myth created by Democrats in congress is falling apart. Then you add in Biden with a mind less active than an earthworm and you have a perfect storm for the FBI and DOJ to panic when they realize the guy they're trying to get is going to be the new boss in less than a year. You're d*mned right the DOJ and FBI are panicked.
