  2. A black belt doesn't make you stronger, faster, or tougher. It just means you have trained and passed the tests necessary to get your black belt. I've trained for many years, and a small women striking a big guy doesn't do much of anything. regardless of training. A bo staff that would actually hurt someone would weight several more pounds, and she wouldn't be able to spin it like that, meaning that she'd be very vulnerable holding a real battle bo.
