  1.  @ragnardanneskjold7259  we have four legal systems: common law, civil law, religious law, and customary law But the point is that if you steal something, you'll be prosecuted regardless of claiming it was illegal but not unlawful. Your theory of law falls into the same camp as people claiming they're sovereign citizens and cannot be prosecuted or failing to file income tax with the US Government.
