Comments by "TeeKay" (@teekay_1) on "Trump: 'Radical Left' Colorado Judge Who 'Saw The Light' And Rejected Attempt To Bar Him From Ballot" video.
@MichaelJohnson-dt8tv I saw the film of the people who went inside as has everybody with a pulse at this point. While it was ill advised, there was a lot of respect by the people who entered (the report of people shitting in the capitol is simply false), and when asked to leave they did. The police even waved "hi" as the people entered. It was not an insurrection because there were no demands by protestors to turn over the government to the mob, the protestors were not armed, and were invited inside by the police. Also false is the claim that police were killed that day. Only one person was killed that day, a woman protestor who was shot in the face by the police.

@susiedunn542 The electoral vote has never overriden the vote. You simply don't understand middle-school civics.
1
@cliff5043 All will fail because the 14th amendment has a vague insurrection language to bar people who were in the government of the confederacy. Can you people at least do 5 minutes of research before getting a heart-on for your crazy legal theories?
1
@cliff5043 Usually by Democrats when the lose the presidency. But they whine all the time.
1
@TheTroopersCorner It's over before it begins. States do not determine eligibility for the presidency.
1
@susiedunn542 lol "Stop the steal". As if 81M people voted for Biden. It's preposterous on the face of it.
1
frogger2513 Voting is not a right I am intrigued by your theories and would like to subscribe to your newsletter

Saturday8pm You're a funny little man. The world must look much different from way down there.
1
@whosthat3677 Well, you're not old enough to vote yet, but no doubt when are old enough, you'll vote early and often.
1
@robertdysonn But we also need to have standards of who can be the leader of this country Let me ask you a serious question, and I don't mean for it to be insulting. Did you study civics at any point in your schooling? The U.S. Constitution states that the president must: * Be a natural-born citizen of the United States * Be at least 35 years old * Have been a resident of the United States for 14 years > There are no other qualifications< It's concerning that you probably know a lot about gender ideology, you understand the 1618 project in detail, Critical Race Theory is something you strongly believe in, you believe Sweden is a perfect socialist paradise, but somehow an understand of how our country works has escaped you. You believe that a Podunk local court has the authority to determine eligibility for a person for the Presidency. If that were true, wouldn't every political party go down to the local Justice of the Peace and have the other guy's party be declared an insurrectionist making them ineligible? You seem to admire that kind of system, which make appear as a kid who never went to school. And that's probably terribly unfair to you. Probably.
1
@cliff5043 "The judge DID rule the Trump committed insurrection" A local judge has no authority over the president.
1
@@Tvidsable The left whines constantly. If we paid attention to them, we'd never get any work done.
1
@cliff5043 "For me, upholding the Constitution comes before any political party loyalty" And yet you know nothing about the our constitution works. Which is definitely weird.
1
@robertdysonn "The judge here, in Colorado found him guilty of participating in the insurrection" Actually she didn't. But even if she had, it was meaningless. These are the things that people tell you to help you cope with the inevitable election of a Republican president. You do realize that Biden isn't in charge of anything right? Even his bowels aren't under his control.
1
@shawnm3941 In fact, the FBI explicitly said it wasn't an insurrection.
1
@cliff5043 You've consistently said you're a firm believer in the constitution then you have no idea what's actually in it. You had no idea the constitution laid out the eligibility requirements for the presidency (which you admitted), and then you believe a local judge ruling from the bench could determine, without evidence, that Trump was an insurrectionist. You cannot say you are a constitutionalist and then have no idea what is in the constitution. Or rather you're allowed to say it, but it has no meaning. You might as well say "I believe and have faith in science", which is a meaningless phrase, and marks you as someone who hasn't the faintest idea of what science is.
1
@cliff5043 But he was president when the crazy left claims he was fomenting insurrection. Something which the FBI said 3 years ago was not true.
1
The colorado supreme court has no authority over who is eligible for the presidency.
1
@TheTroopersCorner hahaha no, they really can't sparky. But you keep hopin' and prayin'. It is hilarious when people have no idea about the law, and all the sudden, they're kahnstutooshunal skowlers when it comes to Trump. It really is a sickness amongst the crazies.
1
@TheTroopersCorner " Yeah never mind the fact that constitutional law experts & lawyers disagree with you." Yes, all with a "D" behind their name. Obama claimed he was a Konstitushunul Schowler too. And he's the smartest Democrat.
1
It's not very technical at all. States do not determine eligibility for the presidency.
1
@NotTheSharpestKnife-mh No doubt in Colorado, the Judge is considered a jeanyus.
1
@NotTheSharpestKnife-mh Not completely. They can't simply decide to exclude a candidate because some people just don't like him, or a local judge decides to exclude a candidate, simply because they don't like him (which is the case here). If you really think that's the case, why couldn't Florida simply exclude Biden because he's mentally unable to do the job? (which we know is true, but still, there are a few people left who don't really se it.). If Colorado wants to play that game, it won't go well for either party.
1
Exactly. For example, most people have no idea of what fascism is, but by god, they have an opinion on who is a fascist. What's worse, is everybody has access to the internet and they could learn in five minutes, but nah. They'd rather look at cat videos and complain that the people they don't like are fascists. Nobody could be that dumb, right?
1
@stewart8127 I'll bet you a cup of coffee nobody on this thread (not counting you) understands what fascism is.
1
@flipflop8989 No one took up arms against the government, except the mostly peaceful BLM riots.
1
@triviatrudy There were buildings burned in the DC during BLM riots.
1
@MichaelJohnson-dt8tv The British burned down the capitol in 1812
1
@MichaelJohnson-dt8tv You'd expect a fascist government to censor people's speech both online and in person, wouldn't you?
1
@MichaelJohnson-dt8tv Yes, everyone knows that story, right?
1
@eagleclaw1179 The constitution doesn't bar anybody even if they commit a crime.
1
@eagleclaw1179 Ah, another kahnstutooshunal skawler. So many on this thread
1
@herbertadams8433 You are completely wrong. You need standing before the court. If you think they take up theoretical cases and rule on them, you'll need an example of one. I'll wait while you try to figure out a way to google for that.
1
".but what do i know" You don't know nor understand the constitution. It's all laid out in the document, and it's easy enough for a layperson to read and understand.
1
Democrats are big into symolism, which is why we now have a $33T debt with nothing to show for it.
1
@bigdaddygoon828 Drive them to the polling station if it's that important. But bags of votes that are dumped anonymously are unacceptable.
1
@nelsonperez5289 Absentee ballots must be requested, they simply can't be sent out to everyone as was done in 2020. That's unacceptable.
1
@nelsonperez5289 You're just angry that they understand the difference between absentee ballots and the mass-mailed ballots used in 2020 and 2022.
1
@yonblek4542 You realize if you do that, when Democrats win, Hillary wants everybody who votes for Trump to be put in concentration camps? She said as much just last month. Coming from the party that tries to restrict free speech openly, it's pretty scary when those people do. In fact, they came up with a "ministry of truth" inside Homeland security.
1
Actually this is just like a barroom argument. It will have no effect.
