@anyoneallen4082 "Advice and Consent of the Senate". The senate provided advice that he would not be considered. You apparently don't know what "unconstitutionally" means.

@anyoneallen4082 The Senate can do anything they want with a nomination. The president did nominate. The senate declined to consider him. All constitutional. In fact, they were following the Biden Rule with Garland (and yes, Biden made up the rule that a lame duck president should not be nominating a supreme court justice in the last half of the year). Democrats make up rules like that all the time, and then get frustrated when the other side follows them. It's a weird thing with them. Almost like they don't really have rules, they just make up sh*t as they go along.
