@deviouskris3012 They exist only to decide if the law or ruling is constitutionally valid And in doing that, they create precedent. Which means, they effectively bend the law to be constitutional.

@peterbuckley3877 I’ve never stated that SCOTUS can create laws Well, in Roe v Wade, they did create a law, which is why this court fixed this issue and left it to the states.

@X4zerm4n Incorrect. They made up a right to privacy which does not exist in law or the constitution. If you think that Roe vs. Wade is based on law, here's you're chance to prove me wrong. Find the law or the constitutional right to privacy that existed when Roe was made law by the supreme court.
