@bobgolden939 Bob, I think you missed his point. He was actually prepared, he was using questions to make his point. He already knew the answers to the questions he asked.

He is a gentleman in a way we don't see nowadays. If we had more Tim Scotts in congress, our country would be in much better shape.

@bobgolden939 What he was pointing out is that the government, by demanding banks pass ever stricter stress tests actually hurts small businesses by requiring them to keep far more capital than necessary to run the lending business. It's the equivalent of not loaning money to people with lower credit scores than 840.
