  3. The superintendent of a school system has the accountability to the board and taxpayer, so yes, they have that authority. Not putting fringe sexuality material in classroom shouldn't even be remotely controversial, and you'd have to applaud a superintendent who pulled that material

  4.  @XtomJamesExtra  That's a silly take. First, they're not banning anything. They're simply saying it's not allowed in that school. The book is still available, and if you want to read stories about confused children who think they're a girl when they're actually a boy, that's a a parent's right. It's pretty f'ed up, but that's a parent's right. Second, schools don't allow books with with graphic details of normal sex either. Interestingly, if you started sharing that with your child, you might be arrested for being inappropriate with a minor. The big "G" word that sexually confused people are afraid of.

  6.  @XtomJamesExtra  There's no law in Florida that says "you can't say gay". In fact, that completely mischaracterizes the law that was passed in Florida. It simply says that for children in Kindergarten through third grade you can't talk about sexuality with them.
