Every time they claim they're going to raise taxes on wealthy people, it always hits everybody who pays taxes. It's been that way since the beginning of time. Some people are just too slow (or they don't pay taxes at all) to understand that.

@johnnygoode8712 Joe says that paying more for gas is good because it will force us to buy overpriced, underperforming electric golf carts... I means cars.

@ginahickman1806 Incorrect. It raises taxes across the board, nuisance, use taxes, gas taxes will all go up. Corporations will move overseas, 401K's will go down, your wages will stay flat for years. But you keep on believing fairy tales and pixie dust.
