  2. O'Malley was a dope when he was governor of Maryland. He raised every single tax significantly, and now we're in a structural deficit because all the budgets that "balanced" had federal money coming in. He kept talking about "improving schools", but he sent his kids to private school. He could be the worst governor in the history of Maryland, and I'm including Spiro Agnew in that list.
