  1. Instead of giving it to Ukraine, it would be more effective to put it in a big pile on the National Mall and set it ablaze on a chilly night. That would do two things: 1) Warm things up on a cold night 2) Our politicians won't request the money any more because there's no way to siphon it back to the shell companies many of these politicians have set up to accept these kickbacks.
