Investigators have found that groups such as the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys did plan ahead of time to break into the Capitol, but they didn't engage in much planning beyond that step In addition, Trump was charged with insurrection in the House Impeachment but was acquitted by the senate. Thus, there was no insurrection, no matter how much you want there to be.

They were charged with Seditious Conspiracy , primarily because they had a plan to enter the Capitol. This is consistent with the FBI's findings that there was no insurrection that day.

  21.  @user-vv8lb8fu5m  The truth about Biden is uncomfortable but it must be discussed. he has repeatedly: 1) Shaken hands on stage with people who aren't there 2) He has a habit of sniffing young girls hair 3) He can't get a single sentence out unless he's at a teleprompter 4) He often loses his train of thought mid-sentence , even with a teleprompter 5) He remembers occupations that he's never had (e.g. lumberjack, life guard etc) In general, most people if they thought about it for 10 seconds would understand Biden isn't in charge of anything. Whatever brain power he had earlier in his life, it's gone, like his approval ratings.

  22. Apparently that's not true. The Justice Department decided not to charge Biden with keeping top secret documents next to his corvette that he believes he owns, because, well, he's the boss. And keep in mind that BIden was never authorized to even see any of those documents. And they decided not to charge Sam Bankman for bribery because, well, it would embarrass Democrats who took hundreds of millions from him for their re-election campaign in 2020 and 2022. And they tried to not charge Hunter Biden, but in that case the judge wouldn't let them drop the charges, so the DOJ went back and waited for the statute of limitation to run out on his crimes. Oopsie! They forgot the calendar for Hunter!
