@smkh2890 The intent was to challenge the acceptance of the vote in the congress, which is not seditious at all. In fact it's part of the transfer of power.

@smkh2890 Your post is not on point. The procedure of congress approving the electoral count can be challenged. As to the "rejected 60 times in court", yes, mostly on procedural grounds. The purpose of pursuing in court was to initiate a recount because of irregularities, which courts refused to do.

States run their own elections but they can't determine requirements or disqualifies for federal office. This is well established case law. If you want to go down that path and argue otherwise, then maybe you want to bring back poll taxes? Or citizenship tests to vote? I'm guessing no.

@glencarter8836 I'll let you know if that ever happens Glen.

@bnssoftware3292 for making them angry Keep in mind we now live in a country that has people at the age of adulthood and beyond, but with with the mind of a 15 year old. That's why you get these crazy rants.

Yes, and this is actually clear in the constitution, but Trump broke democrat's minds, so they're going on their feelings, not anything related to reality.

@basengelblik5199 Actually the 2nd amendment preempts most gun laws the crazy left wants.

@smkh2890 Well, the other part of this is when Trump was impeached a 2nd time after January 6th, one of the charges against him was insurrection and the senate found him not guilty of the charge. So in fact, congress has effectively said Trump is not guilty of insurrection. If you think about it, Democrat played themselves with the charge of insurrection during impeachment.

@smkh2890 Yes, but it does point to a problem with presidential elections today. If there were actual fraud in a presidential election, let's say political parties colluded with industry, and tech giant to shift an election to someone they preferred, and there was actual evidence. What happens next? How do you challenge a presidential election? Frankly, if you're a judge sitting in a courtroom in Georgia, what do you even do at that point?
1
@smkh2890 That's merely an allegation. Similar to Trump alleging the election was stolen. No charges brought, FBI saying there was no sedition in their report. So no matter how you slice it, this line of attack was always bound to fail. I suspect this attack was meant to be closer to the actual election, but Democrats thought they had Trump again so they attacked about 3 months too soon. They're like Wiley Coyote.

To give them the opportunity to succeed. People come from all over the world to the US legally and within 10 years they're millionaires and more. If an immigrant who comes here legally can become rich, so can your kids.

@denisecrookshanks3892 I ,my kids nor my grand kids will be voting for trump.....ever That's great that you and your grand kids will be voting for Trump forever, but after he's elected this November, he can't run again. Hope you're not too disappointed.

@glencarter8836 Glen, sweetie, my interpretation is correct for the word jumble my good friend Denise wrote. Stop simping for Denise. It make you look weak.

@smkh2890 The FBI did investigate there was nothing to back up the crazy lady. Interestingly there was magically over $1M in a GoFundMe account for her after the who mess was over. Weird, huh?
