With respect to John, in a study, journalists were found to have average or below IQ, but they have a good memory for what they hear/read. Meaning that when journalist interpret what they take in, you're clearly getting their biases because they assume the people they talk with are smart and telling the truth as long as it intersects with their political biases. Most of them have degrees from fine universities which convinces them they're right, as well.

@svbarryduckworth628 Hats off for tolerating Prairie Home Companion. I personally couldn't get through the book Lake Wobegon Days that made him famous.
