  2. Climate Change is really not solvable (even if it was true). So it's a way, particularly for people in the west, to virtue signal while providing a way to allow government to interfere more with our daily lives and our choices on transportation, housing, and spending priorities that are out of wack with reality. The sad part is nothing you and I can do will make even a tiny change. At all. It won't lower the temperature by even 1/100th of a degree.
