  1. Most of these flaws you mention should have been found on a test drive. When you take a test drive, don't turn on the radio, take your family with you and make them come along for the test ride and tell them to criticize the car. Oh, and if the salesman insists on coming along, tell him not to talk while you're taking the test drive.
