@texasjack For a lot of reasons, not least of which is that when it comes to parts availability or standing behind a warranty or recall, the Chinese company will simply go bankrupt and will pop up under a new name.

The EPA fuel standards just released 2-3 weeks ago is a de facto moratorium on gas/diesel powered cars. Look up EPA releases new emissions rules: 60% EV by 2030, saves US trillions Biden has done that effectively with green energy sources- investing in the technology not to force a bad product The Biden Administration has not built a single EV charger, has not built any new generating capacity (in fact our generating capacity is down since Biden took office), nor have they invested in upgrading the grid. Pothole Pete hasn't even built a single mile of roads. So most of what you tout (you don't believe what you're writing here) is demonstrably false.
