  1. If German cars were reliable the dealerships where they sell them wouldn't be profitable. True story... Jags were so terribly unreliable in the 80's/90's Jag announced they were going to simplify and greatly improve reliability to get them on a par with Japanese cars, and the dealers were very concerned because that's the only way they make money.
