  1. The Golf R is about $45K, the Miata is about $28K. If the R doesn't clean up, then VW has a lot to answer... In fact, while the R is awesome, you're entering Porsche Cayman territory with the price in the US.

  2.  @FlowTieGuy  I checked the Nissan site, frankly, there's not a lot to add onto a the 6-speed version. Getting the base model would be fine.

  3. Looks essentially like a Camry chassis and drive train with a swoopy exterior. They use the same chassis with for several Lexus (Lexii?) cars
