The prosecutor is seemingly unaware that he comes across as thin-skinned and petty. And by bringing up the photographer's nervousness, he seems to be calling attention to the idea that perhaps his office is less than ethical. Had he let it alone, he could have focused on his case instead of whether bloggers were saying nasty things about him. Probably not a good approach in front of a jury. And at the end, the defense were all smiles because effectively the prosecutor impeached himself.

@francesbrown6990 Of course not. Because the guy didn't shoot looters. He was defending himself against guys who were trying to kill him. That makes perfect sense.
15
@yoni8184 To summarize your post "waaaaaaah"
13
@Wudanmaster116 As a Wudan Master, when you land one blow do you stop? Or do you continue to fight until you're sure the person cannot get up>

@PirateCommander He was legally entitled to have the rifle. And when the star witness admitted yesterday that he pulled an illegally held pistol and brandished it towards the guy, and admitted that he wanted to kill him, the trial was effectively over. You just haven't caught up yet.

@PatrickPierceBateman "I have every right to own a tiger " You actually don't have any right to own a tiger. Try another analogy.

You desperately supported the people burning down the city and don't like the idea that private citizen can protect themselves and their property with deadly force. You don't have to be from "around here" to make it self-defense.
8
@PatrickPierceBateman He didn't go looking for trouble. the rioters and looters were angry that Kyle were putting out fires and chased him with intent to kill him.
8
@mackabeats Murder is a legal term, and the courts ruled it was not murder.
7
@rayvin2940 Fortunately, the video shows how silly you are.
6
@niccolea2086 That's not what I'm talking about. Complaining about criticism from bloggers is not a good thing in front of the jury. Between his enormous weight and bemoaning that his coverage isn't good on social media, it shows him as an emotional train wreck.
5
@teakuro Interesting theory, but the police were told by the mayor not to defend the city nor anyone in it.
5
@donnav3270 Because Deirdre thinks guns are magical deadly devices that are so scary that normal people shrink away from them like they're the devil himself.

@aceohare007 If you had watched the trial, you know he did not travel with the AR-15, a friend loaned it to him. The weapon was not illegal, and he was within his legal right to carry it. Since you haven't watched the trial, you should probably watch it (most of it is on YouTube), or ask questions. People would be happy to answer your questions.
4
@aceohare007 If you were laughing, you wouldn't be posting here. You're a person who has no ideas about the laws in the United States. Our constitution gives us the right to openly carry weapons We have the right to defend ourselves with said weapons You do not have to justify carrying a weapon
4
Well, that's a silly thing to say, but considering the caliber of people who tried to kill him, he was justified in what he did.
4
@aceohare007 All of which is legal and reasonable in the United States.
3
@ManifestingADream I wasn't commenting on your spelling. I was commenting that you likely don't have the ability to get into law school.
3
@francesbrown6990 Because the judge looked at the tape.
3
He is 300 pounds of prosecutor stuffed into a 175 pound body.
1
@samboyaus In Ireland, that's like.... halfway across the country.
1
@ManifestingADream "I wish i was the prosecutor" You could never get a high enough LSAT score.
