The prosecutor is seemingly unaware that he comes across as thin-skinned and petty. And by bringing up the photographer's nervousness, he seems to be calling attention to the idea that perhaps his office is less than ethical. Had he let it alone, he could have focused on his case instead of whether bloggers were saying nasty things about him. Probably not a good approach in front of a jury. And at the end, the defense were all smiles because effectively the prosecutor impeached himself.

@niccolea2086 That's not what I'm talking about. Complaining about criticism from bloggers is not a good thing in front of the jury. Between his enormous weight and bemoaning that his coverage isn't good on social media, it shows him as an emotional train wreck.
