@francesbrown6990 Of course not. Because the guy didn't shoot looters. He was defending himself against guys who were trying to kill him. That makes perfect sense.

@PirateCommander He was legally entitled to have the rifle. And when the star witness admitted yesterday that he pulled an illegally held pistol and brandished it towards the guy, and admitted that he wanted to kill him, the trial was effectively over. You just haven't caught up yet.

You desperately supported the people burning down the city and don't like the idea that private citizen can protect themselves and their property with deadly force. You don't have to be from "around here" to make it self-defense.

Well, that's a silly thing to say, but considering the caliber of people who tried to kill him, he was justified in what he did.
