  1. Democrats and Republicans have switched sides over the years. Democrats used to be the ones in favor of owning slaves. Now it's Republicans who believe in white supremacy. Republicans like to keep calling themselves the party of Lincoln, but that ceased to be true many years ago.  @stephenhill545

  2. I thought this was one of your best productions. I too was discouraged by the Senate Republicans' treachery. On the hopeful side, the House will lose 2 Republican votes by end of 2023 - Santos and McCarthy - and another Republican leaves early in 2024. At that point Democrats will only need to convince 3 Republicans to stop sitting on their ethics and put people and country over party.
