  1. The only person in the Trump-Putin relationship with something up his sleeve is Putin. Did you not hear the former Australian PM who saw this relationship up close and said Trump acted like a 12 year old boy around Putin? The only thing that would keep aid coming to Ukraine under a Trump Presidency is if Congress has a majority of Democrats who keep voting to spend money in that direction.

  2. I thought yellow journalism was a pejorative term for newspapers who print sordid sensational stories rather than the stories people really need to know about. At any rate, I hold little hope for our mass media holding up the beacon of democracy. Most of what reaches the public is generated for profit. I do have hope that a majority of Americans are still sane and good.

  3. World leaders have to cover all eventualities, but you are wrong to credit polls this far out, Jake. Polls are at best a hazy indicator given what kind of people are willing to answer a phone call from an unknown caller in these days of phone scams. Plus, JDVance as VP is a gift to the Biden/Harris campaign. Vance is as misogynist as they come; he will not be popular with women voters.
