  1. The Americans refusal to exchange information re criminals is a big factor behind the huge deaths from Fentanyl in the USA. They refused to cooperate with China and so China never reported where drug components were sold to. The drugs gangs discovered this lack of information transfer and so were able to take advantage of it. The end result is the American government allowed the drugs to flood in to the country and they were clueless because they were refusing information exchange re drugs.
