  2.  @izajahmed8863 It was the seizure of Russian assets that really accelerated the de-dollarisation. It was the sanctions under Obama that triggered big changes. The abuse of the sanctions was the biggest single factor, initially. The illegal seizure of state assets caused the bank runs.
