  5.  @reshchak  I actually think Scandinavia will suffer more than people expect. Neoliberal governments will be slashing government services to cut taxes and that will raise the costs of living significantly. Free child care and decent unemployment benefits will disappear and state enterprises will be privatised reducing the benefits to society. Free education at higher levels may also disappear especially if the tax rates are cut for corporations.

  6. I think the UK military is around 90,000 with another 12,500 civil servants in the MOD. It’s a bloated bureaucracy and unfit for purpose.
