  13. @ Yes but the police are there to protect the oligarchs. When most crimes by value are committed by them. The police are human shields for the oligarchs. When the criminals rewrite the laws to legalise their crimes they need the police to protect them, and thatā€™s why the police benefit. Most of the benefit goes the very top fraction.
