  4.  @johnbaker5565  Far from it. Anyone can replace them. So if they were all caught stealing you would use the same response? This is not about replacing them with people I think are acceptable. This is about accountability for their own actions. As for China, they have their own way of doing things and the Foreign Minister had transgressions.
