  4.  @TheDAT9  Move it out of New York and costs go down. Plus if the world is more peaceful then there will be peace dividends. Fewer expensive peacekeeping missions, and no sanctions which will mean other countries have higher incomes making funding the UN even easier. Plus without the corruption in the UN caused by the USA it becomes cheaper over night. Remember many UN roles were payoffs by the USA.

  10.  @The_Touring_Jedi  There are many neutral countries. Serbia is currently surrounded by very hostile countries so would be blocked regularly. The UAE could be suitable once the American bases are closed. Especially as it has good transport links.

  12.  @mikecorvette60  Yes but there could actually be more than that. Russia may have lowballed the number. Even a couple of years ago Russia had many times more prisoners than the Ukrainians had captured. I can’t see how they became less successful at capturing those willing to surrender. It’s become a very one sided war, with Ukrainian losses of 2200 a day. While Russia are having days with no KIA at all across the entire front lines.

  13. If Zelensky is melting down because the war in the Middle East is diverting weapons away from Ukraine. Has he thought that it’s only going to get worse. The pivot to China is going to be even more severe.
