  4. No need. Slow and steady is just as lethal at minimal risks to Russian soldiers. Plus the slow progress will allow the sanctions to completely unravel the western economies. Why rush it.

  9. The ending of the grain deal is going to push food inflation in Europe up. It’s going to be another problem for them to deal with. Maybe it’s 400 million Europeans that are going to be starving?
