  2. The optics look exceptionally bad that the media, fact checkers, politicians and officials are trying to cover for Keir. The Full Fact is that he headed up the CPS and thus agreed with the reviewing lawyers recommendation not to prosecute. The buck stops with Keir and Boris's allegation is correct.
