  4. I do question the correlation between England being the outlier with far less restrictions compared to contemporaries and this drive to oust Boris. I'm not defending his actions but if he was to resign, would his successor be more draconian? Perhaps the UK is being considered 'insubordinate' and some force wants to drag it back into 'Lockstep'?
