  1. You're so contradicting yourself here. If China's meddling in HK's self rule, how can Falun Gong freely operate in HK?! You also mention HK people behave civilly because of the hefty fines! So it's not because under the 'benevolent' British colonial rule that somehow they become more civilized like you're trying to imply. It's because the hefty fines! And so, clearly in order to make people become civilized like in HK, there must be hefty fines (harsh punishment) for even petty things like spitting! It's like you are denouncing one government for tightly controlling its citizens while applauding another for doing the exact same thing! LOL! You sound petty.
