  1. In Melbourne Victoria the people who are not doing fine are those in aged care facilities. In spite of the known danger to aged care facilities known since March at least all around the world we found Covid having a massive impact in the aged care facilities. If the residents did not get Covid they could still be severely impacted by staffing levels reduced to skeleton levels. Impacts were de hydration, mal nourished, lack of hygene or residents not able to care for themselves. Premier Daniel Andrews and other government Ministers including Federal Ministers and Department heads try to dodge questioning on these hugely important issues of why the failure has happened.
