  1. All sorts of cars and utes sell more than the Tesla 3. Just spin on it a while back that it was the biggest selling large sedan. Tritons, Corollas , Mazda 3, Rav 4, Klugars , LandCruiser, MG, Hyundai's, Kias all outsell the Tesla. But the Camry did not last year.

Might be 30 and not 3 ranking. Yearly figure for 2022 not a monthly blip when a boat comes in.

  3. Around 1996 I filmed a much bigger and taller mega load of 960 tonnes moving in suburban Melbourne. Unfortunately I used a Sony video 8 camera that later started chewing up tapes. Still trying to find someone who can transfer the Hi 8 tape to a more robust media. From memory, even though it was a pretty flat set of roads, it needed three trucks at the front and two on the rear all in tandem. The load carrying trailer had what seemed like sixteen rows of sixteen tyres and steering positions on the trailer. Took two days at about 3 kph with roundabouts demolished then rebuilt just for the move. It was a 960 tonne catalytic converter from an oil refinery shipped from Japan by sea and road the last few kilometres.

  4.  @zwieseler  still way behind the original rubbish claim that the Tesla 3 was the third biggest selling car model in Australia from the OP. Even 16th brand still not number 3. 10,877 still quite a bit behind the top 20 list that I could find. But surprisingly the total make ahead of Audi and Honda. Or maybe not a surprise such is the actions of these two makes contributing to their decline. Big growth in Tesla sales , but lots of statements about them around

  5.  @zwieseler  the original point was model 3 sales not being number 3. Before you changed the subject to the make to try and get a more significant ranking. Model 3 only 10.8 as I said. Where does that suit in the Vfacts ranking of the top models sold in Australia? I could only find the top 20 easily and the Tesla Model 3 is well below them.
