  2. And the German Daimler company ceased using the name Daimler on the cars before 1910 and instead called their cars Mercedes. In 1926 they merged with the Benz company to then market Mercedes Benz cars.

  4. It would be better if these lists were ranked by the volume produced over the last ten years with some cutoff level. Some trivial production makes listed.
