  1. All the racing Falcons built for the last forty years are four door cars. The other Shell DJR racing two door you have is the Australian racing version of the Mustang. Built to convert the racing Falcons to Mustang looking cars at minimum cost. This was since Ford here stopped making the Falcon but sold imported Mustangs. Controversial conversion that differed from a real Mustang for parity with the Holden Commodore as well as using the tube frame from the Falcon four door. No distortion in the road car Mustang you can buy from Australian Ford dealers at BMW type prices.

  2. Wikipedia confirms the story I heard that it was created for Lord Lamington Governor of Queensland from 1896 to 1901 or so. Recipe in print by 1900. So at least 121 years old.
