  1. You might try to vary this with less or more butter and more or less Vegemite until you find the optimal levels for you. I find a slice of cheese in a sandwich with Vegemite goes well too. A quick non junk food snack or even a lunch. A cheese and Vegemite Sanger ( sandwich ) being a school cut lunch staple in Australia for sixty years or more.
