  1. Clayton was the VW factory. Puegeot cars were assembled by Continental & General at Heidelberg West along with some Citroens , Renault , NSUs and Studebakers at different times. Then Renault bought the factory but continued assembling Peugeot's. Even assembled Cortina Station wagons when Ford were overstretched. Might have been others too.
