For a view of what the tunnel is like here is a train drivers view from one of the slightly different more enclosed car shuttle trains travelling from France to the English part of the UK : https://youtu.be/izxEyA-Fclc Not a huge amount to see inside the tunnel and even less for a truck driver sitting in his truck can. The other type of train running are passenger trains that will take you from the centre of London to the centre of Paris with much of the travel in France approaching 200 mph. City centre to city centre train times usually better than times using planes.
