  2. Some conversions litres to US gallons in the comments How many know that there are 3.78541 litres in a US gallon. Lots of confusion around on the US gallon being different to the imperial gallon. The 4.54 litre factor is an Imperial Gallon.

  3. Generally the roads are better in the less populated states as they get a bigger proportion of the GST tax than the proportion of Australian population would indicate.

  4. Yes then use a recent exchange rate for A$ to US $. Higher price here is almost all higher fuel tax. Our octane rating system is different too.
