  5. The Jobcentre staff are useless, having worked there for a number of years most of the staff are over worked and under valued. Management are only concerned about promotions and people are treated like trash and just numbers. Mel stride is another person who talks the large but delivers nothing. Jobcentres should all be closed down and the work coaches forced to get a proper job, see how they feel.
